In an effort to better serve our dealers, we are making a few changes to our current literature and ordering system.  We are in the process of updating all our literature (such as the images below) and getting them back in stock.  There may be some delays in your literature order due to these updates.  We appreciate your patience with us during this transition time. 

In addition, we are transitioning our literature to a new warehouse in January 2009.  We are currently working on building a new system to order literature from, but during the transition we ask that dealers request literature one of two ways:

1. Download this form  , fill it in, and fax in to have your order sent. 

2. Email us with the following information:

     Your name
     Mailing address
     Form number (ex: 10-0009)
     Quantity of literature requested
     (requests for dealers must be in packages of 25 - please limit to 2 packs of 25)
