Doosan Infracore Portable Power Is Helping with the Haiti Relief Effort

This week Doosan Portable Power has been getting 12 light towers ready for shipment to aid in the Haiti Relief Effort.  The Portable Power division is donating four L6 light towers, four L8 light towers, and four L20 light towers.  These units will be shipped within the next couple of weeks.  Thank you to all who helped make this happen!

Doosan Infracore Portable Power Is the Launch Site for Balloon Festival 2009!

The front lawn at Doosan Infrracore Portable Power was filled with colorful hot air balloons at 7:30am the morning of October 23, for the 2009 Balloon Festival.  Even though rain kept a few balloons from launching, about 10 took off, including one balloon holding the Mayor of Statesville.

Doosan Infracore Portable Power Hosted a Tailgate at the Nascar Races!

Doosan Infracore Portable Power hosted dealers and customers at a tailgate party before the Saturday night Nascar race at Charlotte Motor Speedway on October 17th.  Weather was a concern during setup Thursday, but rain held off and the event was a success.  Visitors, consisting of both dealers and their customers, came from as far away as Arkansas and upstate New York to enjoy in the festivities!  

Pat Cangero, account manager for several national rental accounts, revealed his skills as a master chef on the grill when cooking steak, chicken and shrimp all afternoon.  A G10 generator provided power for TV (college football was a must), music, various crock pots and the balloon light (BL2000).  Thanks to all who participated!
